Sotto requires ten angles, macro shots of the dial and case, and complete documentation — box-and-papers, service records, purchase receipt if available. A listing without paperwork is a listing without provenance.

Identity verification takes two minutes. You are known to Sotto for compliance — never to the other party. Every transaction uses a stable opaque ID. The document stays with Sumsub. Sotto never stores it.

Sellers choose fixed price or open auction. Funds are held in escrow from the moment a bid is accepted. A dispute at any stage is resolved by a Sotto concierge — not an algorithm.

The watch travels to our authentication partner. On confirmed receipt and authentication, funds are released to the seller. If anything is off, both sides are made whole and the listing is reviewed.
